Tyler will be providing a code-oriented walkthrough for using the 'ggconsort' package to reproducibly and easily generate CONSORT flow diagrams in R, with extensions for complex data cleaning workflows. Note that some familiarity with R and 'tidyverse' style syntax will be assumed.
