Amy Goldberg is a population geneticist with broad interests in evolutionary biology and applied mathematics. Her research focuses on inference of human selective and demographic histories, as well as the evolutionary dynamics and genetics of infectious disease. She combines mathematical modeling and computational methods development with analysis of genomic data from humans, our primate relatives, and our pathogens.
